The rules for our text and WhatsApp messages come first, because that is what most people need. The website terms follow.

This program sends text (SMS) and WhatsApp messages from Neural Marketing Intelligence LLC. By joining, you agree to the terms below and to our Privacy Policy.

What you receive
- The summary of the free audit of your website.
- Replies about the request you sent us.
- Appointment reminders.
How you join
You join by one of two routes. After we email you, you can click the consent link in that email and confirm your mobile number. Or you can check the consent box on a form on our website. The box appears when you choose text message or WhatsApp as your best way to be reached. Either way, we send nothing until you agree.
How often
Up to 4 messages per month. The number varies with the conversation: if you ask us questions, we answer them, and you may get fewer or the full four.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, and we do not charge you for the messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text and we stop messaging you. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. On WhatsApp, reply STOP or tell us to stop. After you opt out, we send one message confirming it and nothing more.

Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to agree to receive texts or WhatsApp messages to buy anything from us or to request an audit. You can ask us to use email or phone instead.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your signal.
Your data
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
The consent language
WhatsApp messages
The same consent and the same exit apply to WhatsApp. We message you on WhatsApp only after you agree in one of the two ways above. If you write to us first, we reply in that conversation.
To stop, reply STOP or tell us you want to stop, and we stop. WhatsApp is a Meta service, so its own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of it.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to ask for a quote or an audit. Do not use it to break the law, to send us harmful code or to copy it as your own.
The free audit is an informational review. It is not a promise of results, rankings or revenue. Our paid work is defined in the written proposal or agreement we sign with you, and that document controls over this page.
The content, logos and design of this site belong to Neural Marketing Intelligence LLC or its licensors. Links to third-party sites are there for convenience, and we do not control those sites.
Liability and governing law
We provide the site as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
