Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and how you can ask us to delete it. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.

Who we are
Neural Marketing Intelligence LLC is a marketing agency based in Newark, New Jersey. We work with businesses across the Tri-State area in English, Portuguese and Spanish. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Neural Marketing Intelligence LLC.

What we collect
We collect only what you give us or what your browser sends when you visit the site.
- Form information. Name, mobile or phone number, email address, business type and city, what you need help with, how you prefer to be contacted and how you heard about us.
- Messages and calls. The content of emails, text messages and WhatsApp messages you send us, and call records such as the number and time of a call.
- Consent records. The date, time and method of your consent to receive texts or WhatsApp messages, the number it applies to, and any later opt-out.
- Site usage data. Pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and the link or campaign that brought you to the site. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects this with cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your request and follow up on it.
- To prepare and send the summary of your free website audit.
- To send appointment reminders and messages about your request.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, and to improve the site.
- To keep the records the law and the carriers require, such as proof of consent.
Text and WhatsApp messages
We send SMS and WhatsApp messages only after you give prior express consent. You can give it by clicking the consent link in the email we send after your request, or by checking the consent box on a form on our site. Without that consent, we do not text you and we do not message you on WhatsApp.
Every message can be stopped. Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in our emails. The full program rules, including frequency and keywords, are in our Terms and Messaging Program.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, SMS or WhatsApp opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Not now, and not as a side arrangement.
The providers listed below receive this data only to deliver our messages on our behalf.
Who processes data for us
We use these providers. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy and under its agreement with us.
- Twilio: sends and receives our SMS and voice calls.
- Meta (WhatsApp): delivers our WhatsApp messages.
- Our email provider: sends and receives our email.
- Netlify: hosts this website and receives the forms you submit on it.
- Google Analytics (GA4): measures how the site is used.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.
Cookies and analytics
GA4 uses cookies to count visits and see how people move through the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works either way.
How long we keep it
- Contact and lead records: while we are in touch, and up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Consent and opt-out records: up to 4 years after the consent ends, so we can show when and how you agreed or opted out.
- Messages and call records: as long as the related contact record exists.
- Analytics data: according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.
After that, we delete the data or remove what identifies you.
Your choices and how to ask for deletion
Email hello@neuralmarketingintelligence.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Tell us the name and the phone number or email you used, so we can find the right record. We confirm the request and tell you when it is done.
To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights over your data, and we honor them.
Security
We limit access to the data to the people who need it and use providers that protect it in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not direct them to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your phone number, we ask for your consent again before applying it.
